After spending many years working in various industries alongside leading technologies, we found ourselves wanting to achieve more. We wanted to give our customers that leading edge technology without the hassle.
After spending time working for companies that only wanted to provide partial solutions, we thought that if these were our customers, they would benefit not only from just a portion of the solution, but perhaps all its features. Carefully we had been planning many years for the day to come where we could offer services, solutions, and guidance to new and existing businesses of all sizes as well as great customer service.
We were tired of seeing many customers being passed from pillow to post with no real feel for responsibility and most of all no answer to their problems. We didn’t like how many companies, vendors or third parties had to be involved to install, maintain, fix, or even upgrade solutions. It’s so easy to pass blame when there are so many others involved.
